Digital delivery only

Chesi is software. Nothing is shipped to a physical address.

When you get it

Right after your payment is confirmed, your license key appears in your account on this website. Download the Mac app from your account page, paste the key into Chesi and press Activate. This normally takes less than a minute.

If your key doesn't appear

If the key is not in your account within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us (details on the Contact page) with your payment ID and we will add it the same day.
