7-day refund

If Chesi doesn't work on your Mac, write to us within 7 days of buying and we will refund the full amount. Please try the free demo before you buy.

How to ask for a refund

Email or WhatsApp us (details on the Contact page) with the email of your Chesi account and the payment ID from your account page. Tell us briefly what didn't work.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the same card, UPI or bank account you paid with, within 5–7 working days. The license key of that order stops working when the refund is made.

Cancellation

Plans are paid once and do not renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel. Hours and days you have already used are not refunded after the 7 days.
